Order Processing Time

In-Stock Orders: Typically ship within 48 business hours.

Custom Orders: Lead times vary depending on the product. Contact your sales associate for estimates.
Order Adjustment Policy

Stock Orders: Can be modified before shipment. Changes after shipment may incur restocking fees.

Custom Orders: Non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.
Return Policy

General Returns: Uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 48 hours. A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs applies.

Sale Item Returns: Discounts of 5% or more, or blowout sale items, are not eligible for return.

Custom Orders: Cancelled after engineering but before production are subject to a $500 engineering fee per item.
Warranty & Damage Policy

All shipments are fully insured. Report shipping damage within 48 hours and prior to installation for warranty coverage.
