Business Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Saturday–Sunday: Closed

For assistance outside these hours, email us at kevin@bgwdoors.com. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.

Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Orders: Typically ship within 48 business hours.

  • Custom Orders: Lead times vary depending on the product. Contact your sales associate for estimates.

Order Adjustment Policy

  • Stock Orders: Can be modified before shipment. Changes after shipment may incur restocking fees.

  • Custom Orders: Non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.

Return Policy

  • General Returns: Uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 48 hours. A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs applies.

  • Sale Item Returns: Discounts of 5% or more, or blowout sale items, are not eligible for return.

  • Custom Orders: Cancelled after engineering but before production are subject to a $500 engineering fee per item.

Warranty & Damage Policy

  • All shipments are fully insured. Report shipping damage within 48 hours and prior to installation for warranty coverage.
